Abstract
THE difficulty of producing uniform staphylococca1 lesions of the cornea in the rabbit, for the purpose of estimating the value of therapeutic measures, has long been recognized1 although Brown and Pugh2 succeeded in producing a fairly satisfactory ulcer by using a strain found after many trials.
