Abstract
THE tubules in the adult testis are characteristically totally hyalinized in Klinefelter's syndrome. But non-hyalinized tubules are often found in biopsies of reasonable size. Spermatogenesis may occasionally be present2–8, but most tubules only contain Sertoli cells1. I have now found two types of non-hyalinized tubules without spermatogenesis in adult Klinefelter testis. I consider this to be general for this syndrome.
