Abstract
MURINE erythroleukaemic cell lines can be induced by various low molecular weight compounds to differentiate in vitro1. Corresponding human cell lines have not previously been described but we now report that human leukaemic cells of the K562 cell line can be induced to red cell differentiation in vitro.
