Table 1 was inadvertently omitted during the production of this Article, and should have been referred to in the fourth paragraph of the ‘Geological and geochemical background’ section of the Results, as follows: ‘Sr and Pb isotopic compositions of lavas from ‘U’, ‘V’, Monowai and Ata are generally more radiogenic than Pacific and Indian MORB (Table 1, Fig. 3)12,32,33, but their Nd isotopic compositions fall within the MORB range34.’ Table 1 appears below.
