Abstract
WHILE during the natural traffic between dam and suckling there is no exposure of the milk to daylight, under dairy industrial conditions there is often very considerable exposure. The effect of daylight or sunlight on milk has not received much experimental attention, though Kon and Watson1 showed in 1936 that light brought about the oxidation of vitamin C in milk.
