Abstract
IN a series of papers recently published in the Biologisches Centralblatt,1 Father Wasmann gives us the result of recent elaborate observations and experiments respecting the behaviour of different species of ants living together in the same nest towards each other, and likewise their treatment of the small beetles and other parasites which are in the habit of taking up their abode in ants' nests.
