From: The FHA domain protein SNIP1 is a regulator of the cell cycle and cyclin D1 expression
SNIP1 regulates cyclin D1 promoter activity. U-2 OS (a) and Saos-2 (b) cells were transfected with 1.5 μg of cyclin D1, cyclin E and Bcl-xL luciferase reporter plasmids as indicated and either 3 μg of a control siRNA expression plasmid or 1 μg each of three SNIP1 siRNA plasmids (3 μg total). Cells were harvested 48 h after transfection and the luciferase activity was measured
