Abstract
ATTEMPTS in this laboratory to repeat the isolation of a trisaccharide from the products of hydrolysis of glycogen by glycerol extracts of muscle, as described by Barbour1, have been unsuccessful; this is in agreement with the results recently reported by Carruthers2.
