Abstract
IN a recent publication, Barski, Sorieul and Cornefert1 described the formation of cells with a hybrid karyotype in mixed cultures of two mouse cell strains in vitro. The experiments to be described show that this phenomenon is easily reproducible and that it is not limited to a pair of strains of strictly defined karyotypes.
