Sexing of Live Rabbit Blastocysts

Abstract

Sexing live mammalian embryos before their transfer to recipient females could be of great importance in agriculture and human affairs. A first step in this direction is the use of fluorescence microscopy to score sex chromatin and so identify male and female embryos only five days after conception.
