Abstract
Electronic analysis of optical signals, known as digital autocorrelation of clipped photon-counting fluctuations, has been used to measure diffusion coefficients of haemocyanin at concentrations ranging from 0.08 to 12.0 mg/ml. At 0.5 mg/ml., with laser power 30 mW, I per cent accuracy is achieved with a measurement time of only 30 s.
