The GIWAXS profiles of PCE11:PCBM fresh and aged samples collected from (a) out-of-plane cuts at Qy=0 and (b) in-plane cuts at Qz=0. The GISAXS profiles and model fitting of fresh and aged PCE11:PCBM samples collected from in-plane cuts made at an exit angle equal to the Yoneda peak of the active layer. The data are plotted in two forms: (c) scattering intensity I versus scattering vector Qy and (d) I × Qy2 versus Qy representing the Lorentz-corrected data.
