Data available from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) were analyzed to determine the relative frequency of co-occurring alterations detectable in TP53, SMAD4, CTNNB1, and CDK6 in early (stage I or II) versus late (stage III or IV) EGFR-mutant NSCLC.
