Genetic knockdown of CBX2 impedes breast cancer cell growth. The cell growth rate for MCF7 breast cancer cells was calculated over a 7-day period following transfection of anti-CBX2 or scrambled siRNA. Adherent (alive) fractions of cells were counted.
