(b) An overlaid histogram plot displays low expression of CD206 in P2Y12+ huMG from GTS (blue) and GFM (orange) showing the high autofluorescent background of postmortem samples analyzed by flow cytometry (FACS). Two experiments were independently repeated with similar results.
