Binding of putative ligands to Dectin-1 and Dectin-2 was assessed applying a Dectin-hFc fusion protein screening platform. Bound fusion protein was assessed by an anti-hFC-antibody as optical density (OD). As a negative control, binding of each putative ligand to hFc only was tested (hFc). n = 2.
