  1. For each methionine forming an S-aromatic motif, the linear distance to the interacting aromatic residue in the primary structure was computed. The median, mean and standard deviation of the number of residues between the methionine and the aromatic residue are shown. The number of aromatic amino acids interacting with methionine, n, is also indicated.
