  1. Comparison between declared performances and actual tested performances of the specified BDNF ELISA kits. Median and range values, intra- and inter-assay coefficients of variation (CV) were assessed by measuring BDNF serum level from healthy volunteers (n = 38–40). All the kits, except Milliplex®, which is based on multiplex technology (Luminex®/xMAP®), are based on classical sandwich ELISA.
