From: Insights into Campylobacter jejuni colonization and enteritis using a novel infant rabbit model
Bacterial cultures were adjusted to an optical density at 600 nm (OD600) of 0.08 and grown in MH broth under microaerophilic conditions with shaking at 42 °C. The relationship of OD600 to viable count was equivalent for all strains examined.
